The vacation home at "La Canosa" estate is much more than a cottage, in fact it is a real experience. Its unique position, in the middle of the Sibillini Mountains and just 30 km from the Adriatic Sea, makes the house an ideal place to immerse oneself in the relaxation that only authentic nature can give. Furthermore, it is an excellent starting point to discover the magnificent Piceno territory and all the numerous activities it offers. The structure is a duplex apartment, composed on the ground floor of a large, comfortable and elegant living room with a fireplace, and a fully equipped country style kitchen. On the first floor there are two spacious double bedrooms, where it is possible to add a third bed, for children or additional guests, for a total of 6 beds. Two bathrooms, equipped with a bathtub and shower, ensure comfort and tranquility. The house is ideal for families and groups of friends.

Furthermore, our structure is also at your disposal for private and corporate functions, for refreshments and receptions organized and curated by our staff, with delicious dishes of the territory in different typical Marche menus that go splendidly with the wines of our cellar.
