The winery has a modern and preferably sustainable approach throughout the whole production cycle, taking place in large and bright areas with self-produced energy from solar panels. Thanks to the help of the modern technologies adopted, temperatures are fully controlled throughout the entire winemaking process, from the reception of the grapes to maturation in Allier oak tonneaus and refinement in the bottle. The result is a typical expression of a territory whose distinctive flavors are certainly the first aspect that emerges predominantly in both whites and reds. Furthermore, the former are also distinguished by their freshness due to altitude and exposure, while the latter, thanks to the properties of the soil, highlight the balance, tone and fragrance of their tannins.
