A unique event where mind, body and wine came together to help us rediscover psycho-physical well-being. Two days dedicated to oneself, one’s awareness and perceptions.
Saturday, November 6th
A warm welcome to "Canosa Experience" with a light breakfast. Meeting with Cynthia Mattioli, psychologist and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist, through "Mindfulness" and "Forest Therapy" to enjoy the benefits of the connection between nature and mind.
At lunchtime, the sensory experience transformed into a very pleasant tasting of local products, all strictly locally sourced, paired with white, red and sparkling wines from the "La Canosa" winery. In the afternoon, the guests were able to hone their skills with the tour of the cellar led by Dr. Riccardo Reina, owner of "La Canosa", and to learn about the secrets of the vineyard, and its various processes, from harvest to vinification.
At sunset, the "work" on consciousness resumed through yoga exercises in the vineyards, led by Dutch expert Annemieke Kranendonk/arte_mi_sia_artofbeing/. A sweet awakening of awareness that participants could then bring into everyday life.
At the end of the day, dinner with a typical Marche menu and La Canosa wines accompanied by the notes of good music to further cultivate the connection between body and mind.
Sunday, November 7th
Muscle awakening with free body exercises to experience the post-workout benefits on body and mind proposed by Valerio Vivani/valerio.vivanitrainer/, expert personal trainer and clinical/sports kinesiologist.
The program continued in the woods with Cynthia, to learn the techniques of art therapy and to follow it all up with a delicious picnic in the woods.
In the late afternoon the “Canosa Experience” program concluded with a small gift for all participants.
