The spaces are divided into large and bright areas where the precise temperature control ensures the optimal progress of the various stages of wine processing.
The refinement is entrusted to the Allier oak tonneau and barriques; our wines are kept in the barrel at constant temperature and humidity and, after bottling, in our thermo-conditioned warehouse, for the time required for them to mature in the bottle.
The entire production cycle is followed with passion, in order to guarantee the characteristics of each wine the temperature remain unchanged over time.
With our usual attention to the sustainability of the production cycle, for the whole process we rely on self-produced clean energy from the solar panels on the roof of the winery.
